# Directions:

01 - Slice each chicken breast horizontally to create 4 thin cutlets. Season both sides evenly with salt and black pepper.
02 - Dredge each cutlet in all-purpose flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add breaded chicken cutlets and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked through. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
04 - Reduce skillet heat to medium-low and add unsalted butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, scraping browned bits from the pan. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, then stir in capers, parsley, and lemon zest. Remove from heat.
