# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The contrast between crispy rice cake edges and molten cheese center hits every satisfying texture craving in one bite
  • Ready in 30 minutes with ingredients you probably already have in your fridge right now
  • Perfect for those nights when you want something comforting without committing to a full meal
02 -
  • Dont skip pressing the rice cakes together gently before baking or they might slide apart when you try to lift them later
  • Watch closely during the last 5 minutes since parmesan can go from golden to burnt quickly once it starts browning
  • Let them rest at least 2 minutes out of the oven or the cheese will run everywhere when you cut into them
03 -
  • Use a pastry brush for the olive oil instead of drizzling so the seasoning distributes evenly
  • Let your shredded cheese sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before using for faster more even melting
