Juicy Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Featured in: Cozy Comfort Bakes

This juicy chicken loaf combines ground chicken with shredded Parmesan, minced garlic, and herbs for a deeply flavorful main dish. The mixture is gently combined with breadcrumbs, eggs, and milk, shaped into a loaf, and baked until tender and cooked through. A savory garlic-Parmesan glaze is prepared by melting butter and stirring in Parmesan and parsley, then brushed onto the loaf before finishing in the oven for a golden, bubbly crust. Rested and sliced, it’s perfect for a comforting meal served alongside vegetables or a crisp salad.
