# What You'll Need:

01 - 12 square crackers (saltines or butter crackers)
→ Pepperoni & Cheese
02 - 24 slices pepperoni
03 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (approximately 60 g)
04 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
→ Garnish
05 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
06 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Set your oven broiler to high and position the rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
02 - Place the square crackers evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
03 - Place two pepperoni slices on each cracker, slightly overlapping.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the pepperoni on each cracker.
05 - Lightly dust each cracker with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
06 - Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese bubbles, melts, and pepperoni edges crisp; monitor closely to avoid burning.
07 - Remove from oven and allow crackers to cool briefly before serving.
