16 - 1/2 cup maple syrup
17 - 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
18 - 1/2 cup whipped cream
19 - 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes (optional)
# Directions:
01 - In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
02 - In a separate bowl, blend the buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
04 - Preheat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
05 - For each polar bear, pour approximately 1/3 cup of batter for the face and two smaller pancakes with about 1 tablespoon of batter each for the ears. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown. Repeat for remaining batter.

07 - Use Greek yogurt and banana slices to form the snout and inner ears.
08 - Place dark chocolate chips or candy eyes for the eyes and nose. Use mini marshmallows or additional banana slices to complete the ears.
09 - Fill the board with fresh blueberries, strawberries, maple syrup, chocolate hazelnut spread, whipped cream, and toasted coconut flakes as preferred.
10 - Serve immediately and invite guests to further decorate or assemble their polar bear pancakes.
