# What You'll Need:

01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 24 cubes

→ Pastry

02 - 1 sheet (9 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed

→ Sauce

03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce, homemade or store-bought

→ Garnish (Optional)

04 - 2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
05 - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin with nonstick spray or line with parchment squares.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to a 12 x 12 inch square. Cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Gently press each pastry square into the prepared mini muffin cups to form shells.
04 - Place one Brie cube into each pastry shell.
05 - Spoon approximately 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce atop the Brie in each shell.
06 - Sprinkle chopped nuts and finely chopped rosemary over each bite, if using.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes, until pastry is golden and Brie is bubbly.
08 - Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm.
