# Directions:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C).
02 - Arrange the hollowed bell peppers upright in a baking dish.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; add onion and cook until softened, approximately 3 minutes, then incorporate garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
04 - Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
05 - Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes to meld flavors.
