# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It tastes like an indulgent coffee shop drink but keeps you full for actual hours.
  • The Greek yogurt makes it thick and luxurious without any chalky protein powder aftertaste.
  • You can make it in less time than it takes to wait in line at a cafe.
02 -
  • Cheap protein powder will make this taste like a gym locker smells, so don't skip investing in a brand that actually tastes good.
  • The vanilla bean seeds matter less than you'd think, but pure extract matters everything—avoid imitation vanilla like it's expired milk.
03 -
  • Vanilla bean paste costs a tiny bit more than extract but tastes richer and makes this feel restaurant-quality.
  • Frozen Greek yogurt works beautifully if you forgot to grab ice, making the whole thing thick and luxurious without any watery disappointment.
