01 - 36 Oreo cookies (approximately 10.6 oz)
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened

03 - 10 oz white chocolate or candy melts
04 - 1.75 oz dark chocolate, optional for drizzling
05 - Christmas-themed sprinkles or crushed candy canes

# Directions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or place in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin.
03 - In a large bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully blended and smooth.
04 - Scoop out approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture and shape into balls. Place them evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Freeze the balls for 30 minutes to solidify the shape.
06 - Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 20 seconds until smooth.
07 - Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, fully coating it. Use a fork to lift and allow excess to drip off. Place back on the baking sheet.
08 - Optionally drizzle with melted dark chocolate and immediately decorate with sprinkles or crushed candy canes.
09 - Refrigerate the coated truffles for at least 10 minutes until the coating is firm.
