# What You'll Need:
→ Cheese Mixture
01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
02 - 4 oz goat cheese, softened
03 - ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
05 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
06 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
08 - ¼ teaspoon salt
→ Herb Coating
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
10 - 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
12 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
→ Serving
13 - 30 to 40 assorted crackers (use gluten-free crackers if preferred)
# Directions:
01 - In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, goat cheese, cheddar, chives, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt using an electric mixer or sturdy spoon until smooth and fully incorporated.
02 - Transfer the mixture onto a large sheet of plastic wrap. Form into a log approximately 8 inches long. Wrap tightly and refrigerate until firm, for at least 60 minutes.
03 - Combine parsley, dill, chives, and lemon zest in a shallow dish, mixing evenly.
04 - Remove the chilled cheese log from the plastic wrap and roll it gently in the herb mixture, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
05 - Place the herb-coated cheese log centrally on a serving platter. Arrange crackers in a ring around it. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed. For optimal texture, allow the cheese to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
