# What You'll Need:
→ Dough
01 - 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough
→ Sauce
02 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
→ Toppings
03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 24 slices pepperoni or vegetarian pepperoni
05 - 12 small black olives, pitted and sliced
→ Garnish
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
# Directions:
01 - Heat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut 24 rounds using a 2-inch cookie cutter. Arrange on baking sheet.
03 - Lightly brush each dough circle with olive oil.
04 - Spread 1 teaspoon pizza sauce evenly over each dough round.
05 - Distribute shredded mozzarella over each circle, place one pepperoni slice horizontally across each pizza and top with a sliced black olive at the center.
06 - Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over each mini pizza if desired.
07 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted and dough turns golden brown.
08 - Allow to cool for 2 minutes before serving.
