# What You'll Need:

01 - 10 slices soft white sandwich bread, crusts removed

→ Filling

02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
04 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
05 - 1 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
07 - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
08 - 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

→ Coating

09 - 3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

# Directions:

01 - Combine cream cheese, butter, mayonnaise, chives, dill, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Mix until smooth and fully incorporated.
02 - Lay bread slices on a flat surface and spread each with the cream cheese mixture. Top with another slice to form 5 sandwich pairs, pressing gently to adhere.
03 - Use a 1.5-inch round cookie cutter to cut 4 circles from each sandwich pair.
04 - Pour shredded coconut onto a small plate.
05 - Lightly brush edges of each sandwich bite with water or additional cream cheese to help coconut stick. Roll all sides in shredded coconut completely.
06 - Arrange coated bites on a platter and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
