Ingredients
- Pretzel Snowmen: 18 mini pretzel rods, 18 small round pretzels, 18 yogurt-covered pretzel rounds, 18 mini chocolate chips (for eyes/buttons), 6 small carrot sticks (cut into small triangles for noses), 6 thin slices red bell pepper (for scarves), Edible black food marker (optional)
- Dips: 1 cup cream cheese softened, 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, Salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 cup hummus (for variety)
- Garnishes: Fresh parsley sprigs, Cherry tomatoes halved
Instructions
- Prepare the dips:
- In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese sour cream chives garlic powder onion powder salt and pepper until smooth. Transfer to a small serving bowl. Place hummus in a separate bowl.
- Assemble the snowmen:
- For each snowman, thread a mini pretzel rod through three pretzel rounds (one yogurt-covered for the head, two plain for the body). Press mini chocolate chips into the yogurt pretzel for eyes and buttons. Add a carrot triangle for the nose. Wrap a thin slice of red bell pepper around the neck as a scarf. Use an edible marker to draw a mouth if desired.
- Arrange the snowmen:
- Arrange the snowmen on a large platter. Place the bowls of dips nearby. Garnish the platter with fresh parsley and cherry tomato halves for color.
